A visit with Santa can be a fantastic event for your families or staff. Please consider these tips to make the event better.

Before your Event
-
Please provide a contact person for the event and their cell number.
-
Talk with Santa before the event to discuss specifics and any suggestions to make your event memorable.
-
Answer the questionnaire to help Santa with child specifics.

Time of Event
-
Provide a parking space for Santa that is close to the entrance but falls outside inquisitive eyes.
-
Have someone outside to meet Santa to provide last-minute instructions and help load any gifts.
-
Plan for Santa to make a Grand Entrance.
-
Place Santa's chair in front of a great holiday background or decorations. Your photo memories will thank you! Please avoid setting up in front of a fireplace; Santa dresses very warmly.
-
Please help with the details. Santa is very old and cannot always remember all the details.
-
Address your child by name.
-
Ask them about their "elf on the shelf," teacher, sports interests, etc.
-
Unfortunately, we live in a time when everyone is hypersensitive to touch. Santa will have you lift your younger children to put on his lap. Older children will be allowed to sit on their own. Please encourage your non-believers to participate.
-
-
Have everyone prepared to shoot photos
-
Charge camera batteries
-
provide good lighting
-
Santa is happy to shoot photos with pets, but please let him know in advance. Have a lap blanket available that won't be distracting in the pictures. Santa visits many children who may have allergies; getting pet hair from the pants and coat is difficult. He'd hate to bring your pet along to the next visit.
-
-
Place cash payment in an envelope marked "My Christmas Wish List" to give to Santa.
-
Help Santa stay on time, keep the children together, and keep them occupied so Santa can have a few minutes to depart.

After the event
-
Please write a review or testimonial. If possible, please share as many photos as possible. Santa would love to include your event on his website to inspire others!

Important Reminders!
-
N.E.W. Santa does not believe in the "Naughty List" and will not tell children they are on it, even if you ask.
-
Santa doesn't eat snacks at events; keeping the while gloves clean is very difficult. An offer of a bottle of water would be welcome.
